PROBLEM:

Global service jam, an international, 48-hour service design hackathon held simultaneously across a couple dozen countries. This year's challenge:

SOLUTION:

Zen den, an immersive, pop-up, getaway space in the office down the hall. 

PROCESS:

We went through many, many rounds of work to get to this. Firstly, the entire group of 40 participants in Washington DC interpreted the sketch into more than 150 meanings. We dot-voted our favorites, and then self-selected into our own personal preference. I chose "space," though "kit" was a close second.
